If you would like to host a World at War lobby that's fine but you are not allowed to charge people to get in because it does not cost you anything to host. You dont need a JTAG to host all you need to do is hot swap your xbox and that doesn't cost you anything. You are allowed to ask for donations but no charging if you charge your topic will be closed and you will be issued a warning.
